What is Conclave?
Arrowmen from different lodges in our council and outside come together for the Conclave to commemorate the history and principles of the Order of the Arrow.
What does Conclave offer?
Conclave typically involves a variety of training seminars on issues like as leadership, ceremonial, and service. This opportunity is meant to assist Arrowmen learn new skills and grow as leaders.
Conclave will include a variety of Quest Games events and activities, which will be a fun chance for you to put your abilities to the test while also creating relationships with other Arrowmen.
One of the most important advantages of Conclave is the ability for Arrowmen to network with other Arrowmen. This can be a useful opportunity for members to connect with individuals who share their dedication to the Order of the Arrow’s beliefs.

Attendance is open to all OA members in E3. Conclave is the top event for both youth and adults; there is something for everyone! You do not want to miss this year’s Conclave, no matter how committed you are in the OA or how long you have been an Arrowman.
